Rebecca Margel graduated with her Master’s of Physiotherapy in 2016. She has a special interest in treating patients with connective tissue disorders / hypermobility. Her treatment approach includes thorough multi-part head-to-toe physical assessment, and tailored exercise programs to meet the goals and needs of each individual, as well as intramuscular stimulation (aka IMS or dry needling) and manual therapy techniques. From upper cervical instability and migraines, to dislocating joints, POTS, fatigue, and musculoskeletal pain, physiotherapy has a role to play in symptom management and quality of life improvement for folks with connective tissue disorders / hypermobility.

Physiotherapy Fee Schedule

Important note: Physiotherapy assessments are designed for patients who have already completed a Core Assessment. If a Core Assessment has not been completed, session length may be insufficient and alternative booking may be required.

  • Description: A detailed review of your medical history, symptoms, functional concerns, and goals. This session establishes the clinical context for physical assessment and treatment planning.

    Patients must have completed a Core Assessment to book this.

  • Description: A comprehensive physical assessment of the upper body, including mobility, strength, stability, and movement patterns.
  • Duration: 40 minutes

  • Description: A detailed physical assessment of the lower body, including posture, gait, strength, and joint function.
  • Duration: 40 minutes
  • Fee: $130

  • Description: An assessment of cervical stability, oculomotor function, TMJ.

  • Description: Ongoing treatment sessions focused on rehabilitation, symptom management, and functional improvement based on your individualized care plan.
