Counselling Letter indicating whether features would meet criteria for a hypermobility spectrum disorders – this is a screen and not a diagnosis
A custom care plan outlining the treatment options offered at Hypermobility Canada and our allied health care providers.
Management suggestions that you can provide to your primary care physician
Learn about Our Services
After completing a Core Assessment, you can book with one of our specialized Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder allied Health Care professionals; Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, and POTS Management Services. These services have fees.
